Our approach is gentle, structured, and tailored to your child’s unique needs, helping them grow at their own pace with encouragement every step of the way. How It Works: A Simple, Supportive Journey

1. Initial Consultation

Your journey begins with a free 15-minute consultation. During this session, Nadira will:

• Get to know your child’s learning needs, personality, and goals.

• Discuss any current concerns or areas of focus (e.g. reading fluency, language, confidence).

• Explore how we can best support your child..

You’ll also have a chance to ask questions and understand how our programmes are structured.

2. Tailored Programme & Placement

Based on the consultation:

• Your child will be matched with the right programme level and based on their needs and stage.

We work in 6-week learning cycles over the 24 week programme, designed to build foundational skills progressively while tracking measurable growth.

Each programme includes:

• A structured curriculum adapted to your child’s pace.

• Clear weekly learning objectives.

• A focus on academic progress and personal confidence.

3. Getting Set Up

Once enrolled, we’ll guide you through the setup process:

• You’ll receive a welcome pack with key information and a link to your child’s secure online learning platform (e.g., Zoom or a learning portal).

• We’ll agree on a weekly time slot that works for your family’s schedule.

• You’ll be added to our parent update system, where you’ll get regular progress updates and tips on how to support learning at home.

4. The Tuition Sessions

• Sessions are live, interactive, and engaging, 45 minutes long.

• All lessons are conducted in a calm, nurturing environment where your child feels safe to ask questions and take risks.

• We emphasise growth mindset thinking, so children learn to embrace challenges, celebrate progress, and believe in themselves.

5. Ongoing Feedback & Support

• At the end of each 6-week cycle, parents receive a short summary of what was covered and any home activities to reinforce learning.

• You’ll also be invited to an end-of-cycle review, so we can reflect on your child’s achievements and plan next steps together.

• We see families as partners in the learning journey—your insights and involvement are always welcome.
