Strong Start Tuition – Terms and Conditions

  • Missed or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds, if granted, are at our sole discretion and processed within 14 business days.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Users may reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance, subject to tutor availability.

  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of booking privileges or additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided during sessions, including materials and recordings, remain the intellectual property of Strong Start Tuition or its tutors.

  • You may not reuse, republish, or reproduce any content without explicit written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
